Bob joined Treystar in 2017 with over 28 years of business and sales experience and over 17
years starting and running successful companies in Southwest Michigan.

Before joining Treystar, he founded Access Medical in 2002, a provider of durable medical
equipment serving Southwest Michigan. He also started and developed Magowen
Management, which owns and manages storage businesses in Kalamazoo. In 2017, he started
and developed Revel and Roll West entertainment center which has grown to be one of the top
entertainment destinations in Southwest Michigan. Bob focuses the majority of his time
actively pursuing the development of new ventures in Kalamazoo and is a licensed real estate
salesperson in the state of Michigan.

Actively involved in the Kalamazoo community, Bob serves as Trustee and past Chairman of the
Monroe-Brown Foundation, a family foundation started by his father and grandfather that
focuses on education and economic development in Kalamazoo County. He also has served on
several local community non-profit boards including the Ascension Borgess Foundation for nine
years where he served as Chairman and now Board Emeritus, The Ministry with Community, and
Junior Achievement.

Bob received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1989. He and his
wife, Melissa, have two children and live in Kalamazoo.
